Why is there no returns/exchanges?

Unfortunately with COVID-19 and other multiple viruses currently spreading it is unsafe to be exchanging wearable items that may put your child’s health at risk, therefore we have a strict policy in place to minimise the risk.

Can I receive special gift wrapping?

Each order is wrapped in a beautiful gift bag that can also be used as a dust bag for your items. If your items are a gift please help us and specify in the notes section of your checkout, or send a direct email with your order number.

What are the care instructions for fabric headpieces?

  • Cold hand wash only

  • Lay flat to dry

  • Delicate steam if necessary

  • Store your pieces out of direct sunlight

For metal hardware please:

  • Store individually in dust bag

  • Dry wipe with a polishing cloth if needed or seek professional help

  • Keep pieces dry

  • Keep your pieces out of direct sunlight

I made an order and I want to change it?

As long as your order has not been shipped we are able to modify or cancel the order.
