Australia shipping
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email that contains a link to the website with tracking information. We dispatch Monday to Friday and within 72 business hours from time of purchase via Australia Post. Buyer is liable to ensure shipping information provided is correct as we deliver to the address provided. Delivery charges are not included in initial site displayed price, shipping is added and calculated at checkout.
Standard shipping: $8.95
– Australia: 2-8 business days once dispatched from our warehouse
Express shipping: $12.95
– Australia: 1-4 business days once dispatched from our warehouse

International shipping
International and rural shipping: $24.95
– Worldwide: 10+ business days once dispatched
For some international orders customers may be required to pay duty tax/custom charges on orders. These costs are the customers full responsibility and MATHOR will not hold responsibility for any additional costs. Feel free to contact your local customs office for additional questions.

Shipping Policy
Patrons are responsible for filing any claims with shipment carrier/s (Australia Post) for damaged or lost shipments. Responsibility for risk of lost items purchased from Mathor pass onto the purchaser once the item has been dispatched to carrier. Customers are responsible for tracking the progress of their shipment and ensuring collection from local post office under the circumstance of a failed attempted delivery. Under the circumstance the patron fails to collect shipment from local post office and the item is returned to sender the customer is liable for the re-shipment cost. No refunds will be issued under this circumstance.

No Returns Allowed
Due to health reasons all accessories are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.
Mathor is unable to offer returns on sale items unless faulty or wrongly described. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any faulty items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, if you believe your item is faulty please e-mail support@MATHOR.com.au
Returns and Exchanges
Mathor does not cover the return postage costs. Return postage costs will be at the buyers expense. We recommend using a service that allows you to track the item.
