Please read these terms before using the website. Once you have begun to utilise www.mathor.com.au and all third party links associated with MATHOR.com.au you have agreed to the following terms. The terms apply without limitation to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors. If you do not agree to these terms than please do not use the site as the below terms are of compulsory acceptance. In addition, any updates to the site also are bound by the terms and conditions below as MATHOR reserves the right to update, change and replace any part to the site including terms and conditions. The user is accountable to be updated on all site updates and be in acceptance of any changes. The platform of use is squarespace. A breach in the terms and conditions by any means will result in termination of your services.

All prices for all products can be changed at any time without warning. MATHOR reserves the right to pause, modify or discontinue any content, information, data, product or service on site. However MATHOR is not liable for third party changes, price changes or discontinuing of services. For example Afterpay, currency exchange, banking institutions. Payments methods through STRIPE and paypal.

PRODUCTS

Products may be limited in quantities and are subject to the specific return policy, explained in our returns page. MATHOR can not guarantee the product images displayed are exactly the same as variations may occur in photography/material, thus MATHOR is not accountable for any variations upon customers receiving items. MATHOR is also not accountable for customer expectations of products, thus we do not guarantee to meet or change our products according to customer needs/wants. MATHOR products may be limited to. Certain customers due to freight/availability in servicing products to a specific region. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. MATHOR does not offer refund or exchanges for change of mind, all pieces are checked on quality prior to dispatch.

BILLING

MATHOR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed by a customer for any reason. Cancellation or refusing an order can be with the same customer information entered, or also different information, or different customer. Customers/ visitors must agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. TERMINATION
